Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed same day. All orders places after 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays.
Even if the order is processed, it may take up to 1-2 business days for us to ship your item depending product availability. *This is rare.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout process. Prices can vary on weight, package size, location shipping to, & shipping carrier.
Delivery delays may occur. If this does happen, you will be notified via the email you have entered in checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). This number will be active within 24 hours from the time you receive the confirmation email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
A-1 Truck Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
A-1 Truck Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via the contact form here, and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim. As these goods and materials will be needed.
International Shipping Policy
A-1 Truck Parts does not ship outside of North America (U.S. & Canada).
Free Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AS 03/01/2022
A-1 Truck Parts is happy to start offering Free Standard Shipping within the United States on any purchase that are over $75 (before tax & estimated shipping). A-1 Truck parts will determine either USPS or UPS to ship the item dependent on the size and weight of the item.
This does not apply to products considered oversized or products that exceed a $20 shipping value.
