Refund policy
Before returning your item, please contact us at a1truckparts2020@gmail.com. Please note the following:
- All items must be in purchased condition, unused and in resalable condition in it's original packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable*
- Please return item within 60 days of it being received.
- Once we have received & inspected the item, a refund will be dispensed on the same payment method when the item was purchased.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If the item arrived damaged, please save all packing materials.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
